Founder: (Lt.) Dr. Manoj Mathur
Chief Functionary & Their Qualification: Dr. Manoj Mathur, born on February 27, 1936, in Ajmer, Rajasthan, settled in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. A dedicated medical professional, he has served as Vice President of the International Federation of Red Cross & Red Crescent Societies (Geneva), Secretary General of the Indian Red Cross Society, and Commissioner-in-Chief of St. John’s Ambulance of India.
He was Bureau Chief & National Correspondent for Blitz for 35 years and Editor-in-Chief of Bare Truth. A poet in English, Hindi, and Urdu, he has published multiple poetry collections, including Life and Love, Kaal Hatheli Par, and Kinaro Me Hai Zindagi. His latest work features Haiku-style poetry.

A specialist in green and social impact bonds, he has driven funding for smart cities, highways, and renewable energy, creating 50,000+ jobs aligned with SDGs. Recognized globally, he has received awards like Indian Business Leader of the Year (CNBC Africa, 2021) and Asian Businessperson of the Year (London, 2017). An alumnus of ISB, Stanford, and Indian State University, he continues to shape investment strategy and sustainable development worldwide

President: Mr. Prashant Harne
Chief Functionary & Their Qualification Prashant M. Harne, a seasoned legal professional with over 28 years of experience, serves as the President of Sanidhya Society. A B.Sc. LL.B. graduate, he has practised law since 1995 across various courts, including the High Court of Madhya Pradesh. He has held key roles such as District Government Pleader, Nominee Director for the Regional Rural Bank, and Chairman of Samaritans’ Group of Schools. With expertise in civil, criminal, and arbitration matters, Mr. Harne brings legal acumen and leadership to Sanidhya, driving its mission of social transformation and community empowerment.

Director, Promotions: Mr. Virender Badhwar
Virender Badhwar, an experienced leader in public engagement, social work, and infrastructure development, serves as the Director of promotions at Sanidhya Society. He has led youth engagement, public welfare, and rural development initiatives. With a Civil Engineering degree from Maharishi Dayanand University, he has contributed to infrastructure planning and quality control. His real estate and social work background further strengthens his ability to drive impactful campaigns. At Sanidhya, he leads promotional strategies and outreach efforts, ensuring greater visibility and engagement for the organisation’s initiatives.

Director, Administration: Mr. Shashwat Garg
Shashwat Garg, a seasoned professional with over 21 years of experience, serves as the Director of administration at Sanidhya Society. With a background in engineering and project management, he has held leadership roles in the telecom, IT, and infrastructure sectors, specializing in network operations, solution design, and service delivery. His expertise in strategic planning, process optimization, and stakeholder coordination makes him an asset in managing Sanidhya’s administrative functions. With a keen focus on efficiency, compliance, and organizational growth, he plays a pivotal role in streamlining operations and ensuring the smooth execution of Sanidhya’s social initiatives.
